Commercial HOA & School Courts
Heavy-use courts need base and drainage work assessed before any surface coating is applied. A written scope covers asphalt or concrete base condition, acrylic resurfacing, multi-use striping for basketball, tennis, and pickleball, and perimeter fencing within a single itemised estimate.
Court Design & Site Preparation
A visually flat yard is not the same as a build-ready site. Site prep covers laser level measurement, excavation, slope correction to within accepted tolerance, crushed stone base compaction, and drainage line installation so the base layer goes in on stable, properly graded ground.
Court Lighting & Fencing
LED court fixtures mounted on set concrete footings deliver even coverage without glare onto neighboring properties. Vinyl-coated chain link or mesh fencing with a gated entry contains balls and meets HOA appearance standards, completing the court as a fully enclosed, usable space after dark.
Court Resurfacing, Repairs & Maintenance
Surface damage assessment determines whether targeted crack repair and patching or a full acrylic resurfacing is the right call. Work sequence covers crack sealant application, patch mix leveling, multi-layer acrylic coating with correct cure intervals, and regulation line repainting on a clean, prepared surface.
Multi-Sport Court Installation
Modular polypropylene tiles or an acrylic-coated concrete slab can both carry multi-sport line striping for basketball, pickleball, and volleyball on a single footprint. Site grading, drainage planning, and base layer selection are confirmed on-site before surface and striping work is scoped.
Pickleball Court Installation
A pickleball court build covers site grading, base layer selection, acrylic surface coating with correct cure intervals, regulation line striping, and net post installation in a single written scope. Existing flat hardscape areas are evaluated for conversion before a full new base is specified.
Tennis Court Installation
A regulation singles and doubles layout requires a minimum footprint that includes run-off space beyond the baseline and sidelines. Site grading, concrete or asphalt base preparation, acrylic playing surface, drainage system, and perimeter fencing are all covered in a single written itemised estimate.
Tennis-to-Pickleball Conversions
A standard tennis court fits up to four pickleball courts within its footprint, but surface condition and net height must be assessed before layout work begins. Conversion scope covers surface condition check, net post sleeve installation or portable net setup, resurfacing if needed, and regulation pickleball line striping.
