What We Do
Sports Court Building Services
New builds, resurfacing, conversions, fencing, and lighting for every court type and property size.
Backyard Sports Courts
Turn available yard space into a usable court sized and surfaced for your specific lot. We arrange an on-site evaluation to check ground conditions, drainage, and permit requirements before any scope is written.
Basketball Court Installation
From site grading through acrylic coating and hoop installation, every stage is scoped and sequenced before work starts. The written estimate separates base preparation, surface material, and line painting so you can see exactly what each stage costs.
Commercial HOA & School Courts
New builds and resurfacing for HOA communities, schools, and commercial properties, scoped to handle heavy use and drainage. Each project starts with a base condition assessment so drainage issues and slope problems are corrected before any surface coating is applied.
Court Design & Site Preparation
Accurate layout, grading, and sub-base compaction give the build a stable, level foundation before any surface goes down. A laser level site check confirms slope tolerance and drainage direction, catching ground problems that a visual inspection misses.
Court Lighting & Fencing
LED fixtures and perimeter fencing keep the court usable after dark and fully enclosed without light spill onto neighboring lots. Fixture aiming, fence height, and gate placement are planned together so coverage, containment, and HOA appearance standards are all met in one scope.
Court Resurfacing, Repairs & Maintenance
Crack filling, low-spot patching, acrylic recoating, and line repainting restore a worn court to a safe, playable surface. The repair sequence, clean, patch, coat, line, is determined by a surface walk-through that separates issues needing spot repair from those requiring full resurfacing.
Multi-Sport Court Installation
One court footprint striped for basketball, pickleball, and volleyball, with surface and base selected to handle all three sports. Modular polypropylene tiles or acrylic-coated concrete are assessed against your site conditions before any layout is confirmed.
Pickleball Court Installation
Concrete or asphalt base, acrylic coating, regulation striping, and net post anchoring, assessed and scoped from the ground up. An on-site slope check and drainage review determine which base option suits the site before any written scope is produced.
Tennis Court Installation
Site grading, concrete or asphalt base, acrylic surface, net and posts, fencing, and line marking, scoped as a single written estimate. Run-off space and drainage direction are confirmed during the on-site evaluation so the finished court meets playable dimensions with adequate surround.
Tennis-to-Pickleball Conversions
Shared-use striping or full dedicated conversion, surface condition and net height are assessed before any layout is confirmed. A standard tennis court fits up to four pickleball courts, and the right layout depends on surface condition, net adjustment options, and how the space will actually be used.
Get a Written Scope for Your Court
Every enquiry starts with an on-site evaluation, no written scope is issued until the ground and drainage have been checked.
